The history of our group dates back to the 1920s in the United Kingdom, when it was founded in the residential construction sector. In the 1930s, the group expanded into industrial manufacturing by establishing a synthetic materials and chemical production facility dedicated to construction. This strategic move marked a major turning point, enabling vertical integration, innovation in building materials, and greater control over the structural quality of the projects delivered.
Over the following decades, the company refined its core expertise, becoming a key player in the development of residential buildings, commercial properties, and industrial facilities across England. Its reputation grew around technical mastery, reliability, and consistent execution.
By the 1950s, driven by a global vision, the group expanded internationally. Operations were established in India, Australia, South Africa, and New Zealand, exporting British construction expertise and contributing to major infrastructure and development projects worldwide.

A new chapter began in 2005, when Mohammed Younus Sheikh, Zameer Mohammed Choudrey, and Rizwan Pervez assumed leadership of the group.
